Our Programs

At The Ages of Us, we believe life after 50 should be filled with opportunities to learn, grow, connect, and feel supported.

Our educational workshops, community conversations, and connection programs are designed to help women navigate life's next chapters with greater confidence and build meaningful relationships along the way.

Whether you're looking for practical information, new friendships, or opportunities to explore something new, there's a place for you here.

Educational Workshops & Resources

Our educational workshops provide practical information, helpful resources, and opportunities to explore topics that matter to women 50 and older.

From planning for the future and navigating life transitions to learning new technology and discovering new possibilities, our programs encourage women to make informed decisions and approach their next chapters with confidence.

Workshop topics include:

  • Women Aging Solo (or Not)

  • Dreams Don't Have Deadlines

  • Beginning AI and Technology

  • Planning for a Safer, More Comfortable Home

Community Conversations

Sometimes the best learning happens through conversation.

Community Conversations brings women together to explore everyday topics, share experiences, exchange ideas, and discover practical solutions in a welcoming, supportive environment.

Topics may include healthy living, simplifying everyday tasks, managing expenses, personal wellbeing, and navigating life's changes.

These interactive discussions are designed to encourage participation, shared learning, and meaningful connections.

Community Connections

Friendship and a sense of belonging matter at every stage of life.

Our Community Connections programs bring women 50 and older together to meet new people, build meaningful friendships, and develop supportive relationships.

Good Morning Breakfast Club

A relaxed monthly breakfast gathering where women can enjoy good conversation, meet new people, and begin building friendships in a welcoming atmosphere.

Finding Our People

Small friendship circles of five to six women who meet monthly to share experiences, get to know one another, and develop lasting connections.
